Still Images

My subject is my little bro because he's just so cute!
  • close up shows character's emotions.


  •  high angle shows vulnerability or insignificance


  •  long shot establishes location


  •  over the shoulder places audience in position of character


  •  bird's eye view gives audience appeal


  •  extreme close up identifies with character or action


  •  low angle shows power


  •  medium close up brings focus to character


  •  tilt shows confusion or disorientation


  •  worm's eye view indicates fear

  1. You have chosen a wonderful model. Your shots are excellent, particularly the close up and the over the shoulder shot. The long shot is not long enough. Usually this type of shot is taken outside and can include a vanishing point. I really enjoyed assessing your photographs which indicate you have a good sense of composition.
